Hi Jean-Michel,

GIZMO

Registration with Gizmo works with the current version of zap (0.2.1):

1. You need to create a 'Service Profile' for Gizmo:

Sidebar > Configuration > SIP Settings > Configure SIP Services...
Click on 'Add new Service' in the top right corner and fill in
template as follows:
    Name: Gizmo Project
    Domain: proxy01.sipphone.com
    Route 1: <sip:proxy01.sipphone.com;lr>
    Uncheck 'Send OPTIONS keep-alive requests'
    Uncheck 'Elide destination route header'
UA Contact Address: 'Resolve by OPTIONS'

This service profile will be included in the next version of zap.

2. Create an identity (Sidebar > Identities > New Identity) and set the
Address of record to
      sip:your_gizmo_number(at)proxy01.sipphone.com

You can find your gizmo number in the left column of your Gizmo Profile.

E.g. my gizmo number is 1-747-638-9018, so my gizmo address of record is
     sip:17476389018(at)proxy01.sipphone.com

WENGO

Wengo currently doesn't implement the SIP protocol for registrations
correctly, so registration with zap 0.2.1 is impossible. I have alerted
the wengo developers of this problem (see
http://dev.openwengo.com/pipermail/wengophone-devel/2006-February/002297.html

for details).

The next version of zap will have a compatibility option for Wengo to
make registration *somewhat* possible.

The other issue with Wengo is that your registration password is not the
correct password to use for SIP authentication.
To retrieve the correct password you need to go to
http://ws.wengo.fr/softphone-sso/sso.php?login=user(at)example.com&password=your_wengo_password

Regards,
Alex
